The All Ireland Final Golden Ticket Package Draw is jointly promoted by Kerry GAA and Radio Kerry, referred to collectively in these Terms and Conditions as the “Promoters”.
The draw is being organised in support of the Kerry Players Holiday Fund. The net proceeds generated from ticket sales will be donated to the Kerry Players Holiday Fund.
2.1. Entry is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, officers and committee members of Kerry GAA and Radio Kerry who are directly involved in organising or administering the draw, together with members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
2.3. The Promoters may request proof of age, identity and residency before awarding the prize.
2.4. The name entered when purchasing the ticket must correspond with the entrant’s valid photographic identification.
3.1. Entries must be purchased through the official competition page at radiokerry.ie/competition.

3.3. Each successfully purchased entry will be entered separately into the draw. Entrants may purchase more than one ticket or ticket bundle.
3.4. An entry will only be valid once the relevant payment has been successfully processed and the entrant has received confirmation of their purchase.
3.5. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted, including their name, telephone number and email address, is accurate.
3.6. Entries submitted through any method other than the official competition page will not be accepted.
3.7. Entries cannot be transferred to another person after purchase.
4.1. The draw will open at 4pm on Thursday July 16th 2026.
4.2. The draw will close at 4:00 p.m. Irish time on Thursday, 23 July 2026.
4.3. Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.
4.4. The Promoters are not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical problems, payment failures, internet connectivity issues or circumstances outside their reasonable control.
5.1. One winner will receive the All Ireland Final Golden Ticket package, consisting of:
5.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize does not include transport to or from Dublin, meals, drinks, parking, travel insurance, personal expenses or any other costs incurred by the winner or their companion.
5.3. The winner and their companion must be available to travel to and stay in Dublin on the relevant dates. The winner is responsible for ensuring that both individuals can attend all relevant events.
5.4. Both the winner and their selected companion must be aged 18 years or over.
5.5. Match tickets and event tickets are subject to the rules, admission policies and terms and conditions of the relevant organisers and venues.
5.6. The Radio Kerry outside-broadcast appearance will be organised at a time and location determined by Radio Kerry. Participation may be subject to operational, technical, editorial and scheduling requirements.
5.7. The exact contents, sizes and designs of the Radio Kerry merchandise will be determined by Radio Kerry and will be subject to availability.
5.8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The €500 spending money is the only cash element of the prize.
5.9. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoters’ reasonable control, the Promoters may substitute that element with an alternative of equal or greater value where reasonably possible.
5.10. If the All-Ireland Final, the Kerry GAA event or any other prize-related event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, cancelled or held subject to revised attendance conditions, the relevant organiser’s decision will apply. The Promoters cannot guarantee replacement tickets, accommodation, travel arrangements or compensation for circumstances outside their reasonable control.
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing deadline.
6.2. The draw will be conducted by or on behalf of the Promoters and will be witnessed by an independent person or by representatives of both Promoters.
6.3. Each valid ticket purchased will represent one entry into the draw and will have an equal chance of being selected.
6.4. The Promoters’ decision concerning the administration of the draw and the selection of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law.
7.1. The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided when entering.
7.2. The winner is expected to be announced on the Kerry Today programme on Radio Kerry on Friday, 24 July 2026.
7.3. The Promoters may announce the winner’s name and county or general location on air, online and through the Promoters’ social-media channels.
7.4. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the prize, the selected winner must respond within two hours of the Promoters’ first attempt to contact them.
7.5. If the selected winner:
the Promoters may disqualify that person and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
7.6. The prize will only be awarded once the winner’s eligibility has been verified.
8.1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the draw.
8.2. This publicity may include an on-air announcement or interview, participation in the Radio Kerry outside broadcast, photographs, video recordings and social-media content.
8.3. The winner’s name, image, voice and comments relating to the draw and prize experience may be used by Kerry GAA and Radio Kerry for reasonable promotional and reporting purposes without additional payment.
9.1. Subject to applicable law, purchased entries are non-refundable once they have been successfully processed and entered into the draw.
9.2. If a payment is taken but the corresponding entry is not generated due to a verified technical error, the Promoters will either correct the entry or arrange an appropriate refund.
9.3. The Promoters reserve the right to reject or disqualify entries that they reasonably believe:

10.1. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the draw where reasonably necessary due to legal, regulatory, technical, security or operational circumstances outside their reasonable control.
10.2. Any material changes affecting entrants will be published on the Radio Kerry website.
10.3. If the draw is cancelled and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the Promoters will determine the appropriate treatment of valid paid entries in accordance with applicable law and the conditions of any relevant lottery permit or licence.
11.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters will not be responsible for any loss, damage, expense, injury or disappointment arising from participation in the draw or acceptance and use of the prize, except where caused by the negligence or unlawful conduct of the Promoters.
11.3. The winner and their companion are responsible for their own conduct, safety, personal belongings and compliance with the rules of the hotel, venues and event organisers.
11.4. The Promoters are not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, relocation or alteration of an event by a third-party organiser.
12.1. Personal data submitted by entrants will be processed by the Promoters and their authorised service providers for the purpose of:

12.3. Entry into the draw does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has provided separate consent or where otherwise permitted by law.
12.4. Personal information may be shared with payment processors, technology providers, prize suppliers and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where reasonably necessary.
These draw-specific Terms and Conditions should be read together with Radio Kerry’s General Competition Terms and Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency, these draw-specific Terms and Conditions will take precedence in relation to the All Ireland Final Golden Ticket Package Draw.
These Terms and Conditions and the draw are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any dispute arising from the draw will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
